Yummy brussels sprouts with garlic.

O-k so I love to roast brussels sprouts with garlic.  And I'll throw in any other veggies I have in the house.  Coconut oil, salt, pepper and water.  Roast 30 minutes.  Stir around and add water if needed.  Roast for another 20 minutes.  Take out and squeeze a lemon over the mixture of veggies.  YUM!  Thanks Josh Butler for this simple yet delicious recipe.
