Ever wonder what's in your food. If you have ever read the ingredients on the back of a food box, surely you have stumbled on a word or two that might not be familiar. I enjoy researching these words. What are they? Are they good for my family? If not ,why, what harm can they do? I also enjoy finding simple, healthy recipes. Raw Flax Seed Crackers
I found this recipe online after having a similar cracker with a raw hummus while in Atlanta, Georgia at R Thomas with one of my besties Meg. Not only did I find the recipe but this chicks blog is full of yum yums. And she has beautiful photos of the foods.
