Ever wonder what's in your food. If you have ever read the ingredients on the back of a food box, surely you have stumbled on a word or two that might not be familiar. I enjoy researching these words. What are they? Are they good for my family? If not ,why, what harm can they do? I also enjoy finding simple, healthy recipes. I have a few health conscious family members and friends who are always sharing new tips with me. Here is where I can share them with you.

Be Thankful!
This is a beautifully written book on gratitude. I really enjoyed it. I have since kept a gratitude journal, writing the things I'm thankful for daily. Gratitude= Joy
